28 Apr. 2007,The Grand Opening of COC’s PDP Project & CHANGHONG-TECO’s AC Compressor Project was held ceremoniously in Changhong Industrial Zone. People from all social sectors attended it and showed their congratulations.

27 Apr. 2007，Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China issued “The Official Reply from Ministry of Commerce on the Establishment of Sichuan COC Display Devices Co., Ltd.” (Ministry of Commerce Assets Approval No. [2007]826).

13 Apr. 2007，National Development and Reform Commission issued “The Official Reply from The National Development and Reform Commission on Approval of Production Project of PDP display panels and modules of Sichuan COC Display Devices Co., Ltd. (Under construction)” (Development and Reform Hi-Tech No. [2007] 796).

10 Jan 2007，The State Environmental Protection Administration of China ratified the Report on Environment Effects of the First Stage of Construction of PDP Project in written form, which established foundation for promoting the following work of PDP project.

2006:

22 Dec 2006，Share division ceremony on Sterope Investments B.V. was completed by Sichuan Century Shuanghong Display Devices Co., Ltd. and Alcyone Investments B.V. in Hongkong and the 1st Director Meeting of new Orion PDP was held.

5 Dec 2006，National Development and Reform Commission agreed to purchase 75% shares of Sterope Investments B.V.

30 Oct. 2006，PDP project cooperation agreement signing ceremony was held in Changhong Commercial Center, Mianyang, Sichuan. Ten Agreements including “Share Purchase and Sale Agreement”, “Agreement between Shareholders”, “Cooperation and Management Agreement of Joint Venture Company” and “Constitution of Joint Venture Company” were signed.

13 July 2006，“General Agreement on Transfer of shares of Orion PDP Korea and Establishment of Joint Venture Company” was signed between Sichuan Century Shuanghong Display Devices Co., Ltd. and Alcyone Investments B.V.

12 July 2006，“Beijing Century Shuanghong Display Devices Co., Ltd.” was changed to “Sichuan Century Shuanghong Display Devices Co., Ltd.”

10 Mar. 2006，The 1st shareholder meeting was held in IRICO Hotel Xianyang, Shanxi by Beijing Century Shuanghong Display Devices Co., Ltd. Proposals on company’s Constitution, selection of directors and assignment of supervisor was examined and approved.

2005:

19 Dec. 2005，According to “Project Cooperation General Agreement on Color Plasma Display Devices” signed between Sichuan Changhong Electronic Co., Ltd. and IRICO Group Electronics Company Limited in Xianyang, Shanxi, COC work group was founded.
